Panda Safari (collectively referred to as "we" or the "Company") owns and operates the site https://pandasafari.com/ (collectively referred to as “our site”). Our site offers a convenient way to purchase our tours or products online (referred to as "Service” or “Product"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, the revised terms will take effect upon publishing on the site.
1. Agreed statement
1.1 By using our services or placing an order, you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

1.3 You are invited to register as our member which you would entitle to unique membership privileges. You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information; You must safeguard your username and password; You authorise us to assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorised to act for you. The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
1.4 You are required to provide us with accurate, current and complete information during your service using or order placing. Should there be any changes regarding the information, you are required to inform us immediately in order to maintain effective communication between us. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you have provided is false, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete, we have the right to cancel your order or cancel your registration. Under this circumstance, you hereby agree not to file a lawsuit or claim against us and seek any compensation.
2. Order
2.1 When you place an order, the prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
2.2 All products on https://pandasafari.com/ are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.
2.3 System will generate an email to the email address registered by customer to confirm that we have received your order. Such confirmation does not constitute a promise of delivery of order items.
2.4 We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:
(i) no sufficient supply or stock to deliver the services or products you have ordered;
(ii) no delivery can be arranged for your area; or
(iii) one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.
3. Payment
3.1 The company accepts Bank Transfer, Paypal, Octopus and WeChat Pay. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.
3.2 We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.
3.3 We do not collect or keep your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and stored by the third party payment service providers.
3.4 If the order is cancelled by us for any reason, if you have already made any payment, we will refund via the bank.
3.5 The company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice. Products and prices displayed on our site are for reference only and are subject to alteration or modification at the time of actual transaction.
4. Delivery
The Company will deliver the products within Hong Kong by SF Express – Delivery. Other places will be delivered by SF Express or Hongkong Post (Speed Post) at an agreed delivery charge.
You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address.
Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather.
No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays; and when Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
4.1SF Express – Delivery
For Hong Kong
Products can be sent to the destination according to your address.
HKD30 charge for Hong Kong delivery. Purchase over net value of HKD1,000 or above free delivery offered
For International
Delivery fee: Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express (https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/).
Time: It usually takes around 2-3 workings days.
4.2 Hongkong Post – Speedpost (International)
Delivery fee: Delivery fee is determined by the courier according to the weight of the products, packaging bags and cartons will also be included in the postage. Information about charges, please refer to: Hongkong Post (https://www.hongkongpost.hk/filemanager/common/forms/pos15a_rate_plan.pdf)
Import restriction: Customers shall be responsible for checking if there are any weight and other import restrictions imposed by the destination country. Some countries may impose tax on parcels weighing over a certain weight; customers shall understand such restrictions beforehand and shall be responsible for the any necessary fee.
Time: It usually takes around 7-14 workings days.
4.3 Delivery will be arranged in 3-5 working day(s) after confirmation of order and payment.
4.4 All outgoing products will be inspected to ensure that the status and packaging properly, customers should bear the risk of mailing, including loss and damage and other issues. We are not responsible for any lost due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as mailing addresses, etc.) by customers.
5. Cancel, Return and Refund
5.1 Once the orders are confirmed and all the goods have been shipped, no cancellation of orders will be accepted.
5.2 You are recommended to contact us immediately after receiving the products should there be any issues. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered within 3 working days after delivery.
5.3 Product photos on this site are for reference only and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.
5.4 All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.

6. Force Majeure
If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.
7. Disclaimer
The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and the content.
8. Intellectual Property
Panda Safari owns the intellectual property rights of the site and all contents on the site, including trademarks, logos, product names, and company names. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the prior written permission of Panda Safari is prohibited.
