Chad has a hot and tropical climate, though temperatures do vary depending on areas. The southern rainy season runs from May to October, and the central rains from June to September.  The north has very little rain all year.  The dry season is often windy and generally cooler during the evenings.

The main airport is N’Djamena International Airport (NDJ). Airlines serving Chad include Air France, Egyptair and Royal Air Maroc.

Chad, together with Central African Republic, Cameroon, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon, belongs to an economic and monetary community sharing a common currency.  Major credit cards are accepted at two hotels in the Capital. Cash - Euros are the easiest currency to exchange.

Equatorial climate with short rains from October to December and long rains between mid January and mid May.  The main dry season is from June to October.

The two major airports of Congo are Brazzaville Maya Maya Airport (BZV) and Antonio Agostinho Neto International Airport (PNR). Air France and Royal Air Maroc are the major airlines operating indirect flights to Congo.

Congo-Brazzaville, together with Central African Republic, Chad, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon, belongs to an economic and monetary community sharing a common currency.  Usage of cash is preferred and major credit cards have limited acceptance.  Euros are the easiest currency to exchange.
