Tunisia has a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters. Visiting is best in spring time, between mid-March and mid-May, with warm but not scorching temperatures and wild flowers covering the countryside.

There are regular flights, both scheduled and chartered, from Tunisia to destinations all over Europe, but no direct flights to the Americas, Asia or Oceania. Tunis Air flies to most European destinations.
